Beautifully decorated Villa Evelyn is located in the newly built part of Medulin, near the sea and the beach. Guests can use the private outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, a children's playground, four parking spaces and a barbecue on the 1000 square meters of fenced property.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with access to a covered terrace and a swimming pool with sunbathing area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
