Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to supermarkets, the town and port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.

There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom, and the other two are twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower inside the house, an another one also with shower outside, just near the pool. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, one in the living/dining room, another one in the corridor, which is shared by the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the last one on the upstairs bedroom, which also has a terrace with beautiful views.
