The property accommodates 8 people and is situated on a small hill, giving it spectacular views from almost all the rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.

These three bedrooms have access to a large terrace and enjoy spectacular views of the sea. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of these with whirlpool bath and the other with a shower.
In the external area of the property there is a attractive private pool with excellent views over the golf course and the sea. The pool area has hammocks and sunshades and there is also a garden with lawned area and plants indigenous to the area, a number of covered terraces, one next to the house and another beyond where the barbecue is located. Both terraces have the corresponding balcony furniture. The external area also has a private and secure parking zone which will accommodate a number of vehicles.
