The house is situated on a hill above the town Afandou with an endless view. It has a private access together with four other houses in the area. The detached villa has been designer by the owner as an oasis of tranquility and will impress you with its standard and charming garden. High-quality materials were used, which have been optimised and extended by the current owner.
The open living room on the upper floor has a fireplace, a spacious dining space and a window front with a view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. There is also a high-quality built-in kitchen on the upper floor. The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, one with a generous ensuite bathroom, and a further bathroom.

It is about 2okm from the town Rhodos and the airport, 3km from the beach at Afandou, with a panoramic view of this beach, and 2km from the Afandou golf course, 6km from the holiday village Faliraki with the famous beach, 6km from Kolymbia Rhodos and the famous Tsampika beach. It is also easy to get to other tourist centres on the island such as Lindos 30km away, Seven Springs 7km, Butterfly Gorge 15km, and Fileremos 20km, to name but a few. We would be happy to provide assistance. The town Afandou has a population of around 7000, is easy to get to and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the motorway. Apart from golf and the famous beach over 7km long, you can find a supermarket, banks, police station, tavernas, cafes, bars and hotels.
