Traditional Catalan stone house built in the heart of the village of Banyuls dels Aspres, set on a hill surrounded by vineyards. The village is 15 km south of Perpignan, 7 km north of Le Boulou and Les Thermes. This fully-renovated gîte is housed in a former winegrowing building (in operation until 1999), hence its name: La Maison des Vendangeurs.
It nestles at the foot of a water tower. Ground floor: 1 living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 WC. Angled staircase to 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) opening onto a terrace and 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Air-conditioning in each bedroom.
