If you are ready for a holiday, our holiday homes in the Eifel are the first choice and are also very popular as group accommodation. Our self-catering cottages offer endless opportunities to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life.

Our large family-friendly holiday homes are located in the Felsenland Südeifel, directly in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park near the climatic health resort of Neuerburg in the Eifel - a historic place with a long history and modern infrastructure.

The holiday home is close to nature, impresses with its size and has two terraces. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends in the Eifel. The spacious communal room offers all guests the opportunity to dine and celebrate together, and after extensive renovation and new construction work in recent years, the historic Eifelhaus now presents itself in new splendour. There are also two large living areas with an open-plan kitchen and a very large dining room with a natural stone wall, as well as seven bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. With its characteristic Eifel atmosphere, the holiday home offers space for up to 20 guests. The total living space is approx. 230 m².

The Eifel Landhaus holiday home has a spacious separate kitchen on the ground floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette on the top floor. The large kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped for up to 21 people, so there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The second kitchen area is equipped for up to ten people and the large communal dining room on the ground floor can seat a total of over 22 people at two tables. A striking, mighty quarry stone wall creates a particularly pleasant and cosy atmosphere, which is accentuated particularly well by the indirect lighting. A large dining table offers space for 14 guests. Another smaller table offers space for eight more guests.

The holiday home has seven bedrooms with a total of 20 beds. There is a choice of double rooms, triple rooms and multi-bed rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the unique triple loft bed, which is a special experience for children. The holiday home has two living areas and three seating areas, each with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas or armchairs. There are also numerous books available, including works about the Eifel (non-fiction and crime novels) and a selection of board games. There are three bathrooms available. Each bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, a washbasin, a WC and a window. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a urinal.

The outdoor area covers around 1,000 m². There is a spacious terrace in front of the house with ample seating for all guests. The property also has a small terrace with seating, a large lawn behind the holiday home and a large charcoal barbecue. A sufficient number of parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Please note that the holiday home is located near three other holiday homes. We expect you to adjust the volume to the time of day and ensure a quiet night outside from 11 pm. The holiday home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25) and we will not tolerate stag parties or binge drinking.
