Our apartment is situated in a holiday region. You can look on the malter dam right from our garden. From there you can also go to the water. In the neighbourhood there is an ice-cream cafe, restaurants and an inside pool wih sauna.
Our high-quality and lovingly furnished holiday flat is located directly on the Malter River. From the garden with a view of the dam, you can go directly to the water.The holiday flat has a high-quality kitchen, which is attached to a 34 m² floor-heated living and dining room. The three bedrooms (one single bed room, one double bed room, one room with two separate beds) are mainly equipped with valuable solid wood furniture and with solid wood flooring. The shower in the bathroom is at ground level and there is also underfloor heating. In addition, Haus Seeblick offers garden and lake access, a storage room for skis, sledges, bicycles, etc., seating and barbecue facilities with a view of the lake, a washing machine, a TV and is built and furnished according to the four-star criteria of the German Tourism Association. It is possible to use a canoe as well as a SUP.
