For cancellations within 30-14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% the travel price For cancellations within 13-7 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the travel price For cancellations within the last 6 days we charge 90% of the travel price. In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged. In addition, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-booked in whole or in part. The same applies to early departure.
We recommend taking out travel insurance, which you can easily take out online (including free Covid coverage).
