The house was built in the 30th year, and is located in the old part of the town of Roč within the walls of the 13th century. It is a spacious house with a fireplace that is comfortable in summer and winter. facilities such as hiking (20 km), beaches (30 km), many historical sights ... Istria abounds in wineries, historical sites, good inns with homemade food.
For a great supply of groceries you can visit the town of Buzet which is a few kilometers away, but Roč has its own shop which is well stocked.
