The Thies farmhouse in the former old town centre of Wietze was built during the oil boom in a generous architectural style. The main house, former farm buildings and a large garden are located on the centrally located 5,000m2 property. Bicycles, cars and motorcycles can be stored without any problems. The holiday apartment (approx. 70m²) is accessed via the large hall on the ground floor and is situated on the garden side. An own terrace and a large garden are available for sharing.
The stylishly furnished holiday apartment (90m²) for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 large living/bedroom with open kitchen, 1 large bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) and terrace. A further bedroom with shower and WC is likewise in the ground floor. The living room has a sofa bed (2 x2 m), TV chair and TV, radio/CD. The kitchen-living room offers a fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining area and access to the covered terrace (garden furniture available). The separate bedroom (access via bathroom or entrance hall) has two beds (1x2m each), which can also be set separately, as well as a wardrobe, chair and a small writing facility. The large garden with cozy seats can be shared. Non-smoking apartment, smoking on the terrace possible.
