Situated in a more han 1000 years old olive grove, this rustic house with fantastic views offers a quiet and private atmosphere in one of the most beautiful areas of the outskirts of the town of Pollença.
The house is reached via a narrow private driveway. Entering the house, there is a large entrance hall and a mares arch separating the living/dining room, which has exposed stone walls, a lare fireplace and television. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a pantry. From the kitchen, there is a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace from which there is direct access to the pool area.
