Villa with pool and garden in Sa Coma. Situated in a very quiet residential area. Ideal for family holidays.
House of 200 m2, with large living-dining room, complete kitchen, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Available for 8 people. With outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, terrace and porch.
Groups of young people are not accepted.

Swimming pool 10x5m, with outdoor shower. Sun loungers and parasol available.
Gas barbecue on the covered terrace with outdoor dining area, from where you can see the swimming pool and the garden.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the swimming pool and the garden and on the first floor the house, which has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large covered terrace with dining room furniture.
Three of the bedrooms are on the left side of the house sharing a bathroom with bathtub. The fourth bedroom is on the right side of the house and has an enclose bathroom with bathtub.
All the rooms have two 90x200cm beds.
The house has a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Cot available. WIFI connection, satellite TV, heating by radiators. Towels and bed linen provided.

With easy access to the nearby beaches of Sa Coma, s'Illot, Cala Mandia and Cala Anguila, awarded with blue flag for their white sand and transparent waters. Close to the unspoilt beaches of the east of Mallorca.

With easy access to a wide range of complementary offers, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boat trips, etc.
