Villa Mar is a fantastic property; Constructed with thoughtfulness and intelligence. It is a lovely bright property with air conditioning throughout.



Located in a quiet secluded area of Alcudia. It's walking distance to the famous Old town of Alcudia and the beach of Bon-aire. (about a 15 mins walk to each.)

The Town center of Alcudia offers the local market on a Tuesday and Sunday along with many fantastic restaurants and bars. Bon-aire has two beaches for the price of one! Playa de Sant Pere and Playa de Sant Joan, are two quiet, beautiful deep white sand and turquoise water. each has a lifeguard station, toilets, beach shower, bins, snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Both of the beaches look out over the Pollenca Bay, towards Cap de Formentor and out to sea, best of all however these two beaches succeed where many others in the north of Mallorca fail, they sometimes have waves!



The property sleeps 8. The main part of the house has 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms and 1 family bathroom. A large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.



The 2nd double bedroom is in the guest house separate from the villa. The lovely double bedroom has its own en-suite and a small lounge area. It has an amazing stone wall feature.



The outside area of the villa is very large with lots of grass, and a covered terrace perfect for alfresco dining, and a bar area for relaxing with evening drinks. The 10 x 5 pool has a large decking sun bathing area and its very own pool bar with option of your very own Beer keg. There is also a children's play area with a basketball net if it's not too hot for some one on one games.



This is a great villa for families and friends, or for a quiet get away holiday.

The reservation includes a mandatory property preparation service (cleaning, towels and sheets) that has a cost of: €266.00



Extra cleaning, towels and extra sheets have a cost of €180.00.
