The apartment has one living room, one separate bedroom and a kitchen, on the 4th floor of an 8-story building with elevator, with a fresh renovation and new furniture! Big round bath-tub for two people and a shower cubicle. Large and sunny bedroom, with comfortable "king-size" bed, with orthopedic mattress, fresh ironed bed linen and towels, sofa bed in the living room, built-in wardrobes. Two air conditioners, 2 flat-screen TVs, a kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator. Dense curtains in the rooms, triple noise-absorbing double-glazed windows, will create coziness and will help you to get a good sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils for cooking. Heated floors, autonomous water heater, dishwasher, microwave, DVD, stereo system, free high-speed Internet access WI-FI. The apartment also has an iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Guests who stay for a week or longer can use the washing machine and as a clothes dryer.

Next to "Independence Square", an underground shopping center "Globus", "Metrograd", shopping and entertainment complex "Arena-City". Around the apartment are many attractions: St. Sophia Cathedral, St. Michael's Cathedral, and of course in the center of the square - a fountain which is adjacent to a large underground shopping center called "Globus" near the arch of Friendship. Of course there are too numerous to easily count restaurants, cafes, and shopping locations.
