The apartment has a small guest toilet. In the hallway is a large closet for things and suitcases. In a large and cozy living room, it will be convenient to relax and watch TV. One of the sofas is laid out in the sleeper.
The house was built in the early 19th century. It was one of the first houses on the square, which was renamed Tolstovskaya in 1920. The house was profitable and belonged to the Kyiv wine merchant Lev Bendersky. At that time it was the tallest residential building in Kyiv. The facade was magnificently decorated.
