In a quiet closed courtyard, you can park your car. The bedrooms face the yard. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress, a large mirrored wardrobe and air conditioning. In the living room a large sofa bed, a coffee table, TV, internet wi-fi. Installed air conditioning. The window of the living room overlooks Basseynaya Street, from which a panoramic view shows the modern beauty of our city. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.
