PENTHOUSE DELUXE DS11 is a spacious luxury flat located in the emblematic Castillo San Luis in the town of Torremolinos. The generous distribution, as well as its bright south facing terraces with splendid sea views make this property one of the most attractive in the area.

The penthouse is situated on the top of a cliff within walking distance to the beach, the centre of Torremolinos as well as the airport and the train station. Its communal areas are spacious, with lots of trees and vegetation, as well as two unique swimming pools for the enjoyment of the neighbours.

Once inside, we find a hall area that leads to the different areas of the property, which are detailed below:

KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. It has an island in the centre with numerous cooking zones, including induction hobs, gas plancha.... Among the existing equipment we find two ovens, two refrigerators, freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also an adjoining laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. It should be noted that all the appliances are of the best brands and of a high level of quality, not a single detail is missing.

DINING AREA: here we find a nice table for lunch time, with capacity for up to 8 people comfortably. From here we have direct access to the terrace.

READING AREA: a place where you can relax while reading one of your favourite novels. You will find several comfortable armchairs and a nice fireplace (Prohibited to use) to enjoy these moments of peace and quiet in one of the spaces with more personality of the house. From here we have access to the terrace.

LIVING ROOM: designed with exquisite taste, it has a 4-seater sofa, four armchairs, a large coffee table, a 65' Full HD 4K TV with international channels and 5.1 sound system with surround speakers and output for indoor and outdoor use. A large avant-garde design lamp presides over the room and gives it a very interesting touch of colour.

TOILET: in the main corridor there is a toilet with WC and washbasin.

HALL 1: private area consisting of bedroom A with two single beds of 140x210cm and bedroom B with a double bed of 180x210cm. Both bedrooms have a shared bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. They also have direct access to the terrace.

HALL 2: private area consisting of bedroom C with double bed 180x210cm and en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub, and bedroom D with double bed 180x210cm, two single beds 90x210cm and en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

MAIN BEDROOM AREA: private area consisting of a bedroom with double bed 220x220cm, TV 40' in front of the bed, large dressing room, bathtub and en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. It has direct access to another of the large terraces of the house and direct sea views.

OUTSIDE: we have a huge terrace that surrounds the entire property and that allows almost 360º views to the sea, the mountains and a large part of the coast of Torremolinos with Puerto Marina in the background. It has several independent areas within the terrace:

- Chill-out area with several sofas where you can have a drink with friends and family while enjoying a pleasant conversation. It has outdoor speakers so you can listen to music in this area.

- Outdoor dining area, with the possibility of up to 12 diners to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.

- Barbecue area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our Weber barbecue.

- Relax and rest area, the best views can be found in this area. Enjoy a siesta or a moment of rest through these beautiful direct views of the sea, or enjoy a relaxing soak in our fabulous jacuzzi for up to 6 people..


- Several terraces that communicate with the different areas of the house already mentioned above.

Communal swimming pool with garden. The swimming pool is not open all year round, it will be closed during the winter months (from October to June included).

PARKING: the property has 1 parking space located in the same building on the underground floor, with a lift that takes you directly to the property.

There is WIFI connection available in all areas of the property, as well as centralised air conditioning in all rooms.
