Please note that the accommodation is located on the lower floor. Although the total of the plot shows a set of two homes, you are renting the lower part with the specified bedrooms and with the right to private use of the pool, on some dates of the year, the owner may be living in the upper house. To access the accommodation you rent, you have a common porch and an independent staircase that gives access to the apartment.



Cozy apartment for six people, ideal for resting or enjoying (thanks to all the road connections it has) all the activities you can do in the province of Malaga.



From the beautiful views of the apartment (views located in the pool area) you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset, the beauty of those moments will not leave you indifferent.



As we have mentioned previously, you can enjoy the urban centers of Coín (with its complete La Trocha shopping center) and the center of Alhaurín el Grande in just a few minutes by car. Both towns offer a great socio-cultural offer as well as local businesses with which you can enjoy your daily life and the great gastronomy of the area.



The pool area, equipped with hammocks and awnings so that your privacy is assured, has a large pool and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your family lunches while the little ones in the house enjoy it. You can prepare your lunches on the gas barbecue that the hosts put at your disposal.



At your entrance you will have the living room with a large American kitchen equipped with everything you need so that preparing your lunches is not complicated. You will have cabinets to store your food in an orderly manner, appliances for its preservation and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle... that will make your daily life easier. It has a large television next to a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy your series or movies thanks to the free WI-FI connection offered by the accommodation.



The accommodation has three bedrooms, two of them with an exterior window and a closet to store your luggage and another interior bedroom, consisting of two double bedrooms and one with two single beds.



The bathroom is complete with a bathtub.
