About 500m above the World Cup location Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amadé" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760km of slopes and 270 lifts), we built 2021 four Luxury chalets with their own indoor pool as a connection to the existing Schladming hut village. City of Schladming with excellent gastronomy, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500m. The slope leads right past the huts! The Planai West lifts or the chair lift (Hochwurzen) start 300m below. There is a shop in the centrally located reception hut (open during the main season), where you can get drinks, pastries, pizzas, groceries and cigarettes. In the hut village there is also a 300m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6km, rafting 3km, ski school with rental 300m. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!

The chalets have 3 floors and an entrance in both the basement and the upper floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160cm x 200cm) for up to 2 children with satellite TV and a private bathroom/toilet. The house is ideal for 12 people, but with the couches, up to 24 people including children can be accommodated in the hut.Upper floor: entrance, ski boot dryer, ski depot, toilet. The living room has a real hut flair: Here you live under the massive open wooden ceiling under the roof, through the large windows there is a nice view of the surrounding mountains, to the large terrace and towards the sunset. The living room has a cozy couch corner with a view of the central fireplace, also satellite TV, sitting area at the large table, kitchen corner perfectly equipped for self-catering! There is an electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a beer dispenser (beer you get at the village). 1 bedroom with double bed, couch, satellite TV, own shower / toilet. MIDDLE FLOOR: Here are 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and, if required, a pull-out couch (160x200cm) with satellite TV and own shower/toilet.In the basement is the large wellness area with its own pool! On 100m² you will find a sauna, infrared cabin, showers, toilet and a fitness room! Here is also the 6th bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch, satellite TV and shower / toilet. Cloakroom, entrance area.The huts are made by local craftsmen and using the best materials, offer every comfort and have a very special feel-good atmosphere.Central heating with pellets, mostly underfloor heating, high-speed W-LAN available. On request high chair, cot. We ask you not to smoke in the huts! In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating and a garden with a barbecue area (OFYR Grill). There is also a bread service! Youth groups or party groups are not allowed.
