The large south-west terrace and south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains as well as the cozy flair and high-quality interior (such as Bose surround system, fireplace, modern wooden wall, etc.) offer pure wellness and relaxation. Only 10 minutes walk away from the lift in Bürserberg and 5 minutes walk away from the bus (to the other lifts and gondola in Brand) is our appartement ideal for families and groups of 2-6 persons who loves hiking, mountain-biking or just relaxing in a wonderful mountain area. Also, the big destinations, such as St. Anton, Lech am Arlberg as well as the Bodensee region and the famous city Bregenz are within easy reach. Our appartement is a perfect starting point for holidays with recreation, rest, as well as sports and leisure possibilities.
A homely chimney, wooden wall elements with background lighting as well as the environmentally sustainable architecture(wood and furniture by regional carpenter)ensure a feel-good home atmosphere.
The high-quality equipped appartement (81 qm) possesses a large living room with oak wideplanks, Bose Surround system and a modern kitchen unit with natural stone slabs. A double-sofa bed as well as the 2 sleeping rooms (double beds) guarantee sleeping possibilities for up to 6 persons. All 3 rooms have flatscreen-TV.
The large balcony (south-side) as well as the spacious terrace ,sauna included!,invite you to enjoy the sun with a free mountain view until late afternoon. There are two bathrooms: one with toilet, rain shower and hair dryer, the other one with toilet, shower, and washer-dryer.
