The holiday flat is located directly on the Ems cycle path in Telgte. The Ems is about 100 metres away. A discounter with a bakery is only 500 metres away. The bus stop for the R11 line in the direction of Münster and in the opposite direction to Warendorf is also only 20 m from the front door, and the holiday flat is also close to the Maria Frieden rehabilitation clinic or the St. Rochus Hospital. Smoking is permitted there, but not in the house. Bicycles can be locked in the shed. After consultation, the rear part of the garden can be made available. A barbecue (but no grill) would be available there.There is a fully equipped kitchen in the flat. You will find a coffee pod machine, a coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery (8 place settings each). There is an oven and a dishwasher. Pans and pots are of course also available. There are two beds in the bedroom, which can be separated if required. In the hallway you will find a cloakroom with a small shoe cupboard and a washing machine in the cellar. The tumble dryer can also be used.
