This house is ideally located for cultural trips by bus or train to Lübeck. Afterwards you can enjoy and relax on the terrace with south-west view or you can enjoy the typical Baltic Sea atmosphere close to the harbour with its fishing boats and big ferries to Scandinavia. A shopping area is close by and the beach is only seven minutes by bike.

This simple one room apartment has 20m². Non smoking apartment with a seperate entrance, bathroom, shower (high entrance)/ WC. Bed linen, towels, dishes, hairdryer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, water kettle, wardrobe, TV and radio, desk, pantry with two hot plates and refrigerator. Terrace for use with garden furniture.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
