Our semi-detached house is located on the southwestern outskirts of Kiel in the district of Russee. Russee is not only one of the most sought-after locations in the urban area for young families. The infrastructure is very well developed, there are good bus connections (practically "around the corner") and also a variety of shops / facilities for the daily needs in the vicinity (including two bakers, pharmacy, Lidl, Rossmann, Famila, Aldi, Penny, ). The city of Kiel is about 4 km away and is well connected by public transport (the bus runs during the day in quarter-hourly intervals). The motorway junctions to Rendsburg (A 210) and to Flensburg / Hamburg (A 215 / A 7) are quickly reachable.
The 60 sqm Non smoking double house half was completely renovated in 2018 and is modern, bright and friendly. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa corner and a multimedia DVBT2TV, a BluRay player and a netfixfähigem Reciever.
