Our lovely and modern furnished basement apartment has about 80 m² at the ground level, a separate entrance parking right outside the door.

Relax in a spacious living and dining area, equipped with underfloor heating, satellite TV, radio and Wi-Fi. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you can ensure your food at any time.

The 23 m² big bedroom with a direct adjoining bathroom (incl. bathtub & shower option), offers the possibility for an additional accommodation for one further person by using a sofa bed or children's bed.

Smoking is allowed in the covered seating area of ​​the entrance terrace, please do not bring pets.

If you arrive by motorcycle, bicycle or e-bike, we also provide you with their secure accommodation.

Morshausen itself, is an independent municipality with about 370 inhabitants.

It is located on one of the first hills southwest from Koblenz, at 333 meters above sea level, "Ganz vorne im Hunsrück", in the middle of the Rhine-Moselle-Triangle.

Equipped with wonderful hiking trails, "framed" by Ehrbach- and Baybachtal,

touched by the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig, the "Murscher Eselsche" and starting point of the "Murscher Aussichte". The place offers almost perfect starting conditions for extensive hiking or cycling tours.

World famous excursion destinations such as Boppard, St.Goar with the Loreley, Koblenz with Kaiser Wilhelm and the "German Corner", Cochem with the Imperial Castle, the castle Eltz or the huge suspension bridge "Geierlay" in Mörsdorf, all are within 30 minutes accessible by car.

Your journey to Morshausen:

Coming from the south (Mainz) via the A61 exit no. 43 Emmelshausen, then take the L206 in the direction of Brodenbach / Mosel. You will pass the villages Emmelshausen, Gondershauen, Beulich and reach finally after about 13 km our apartment in Morshausen, directly on the right side in the Ehrenburgstr. 2a.

Coming from the north (Cologne) leave the A61 at exit no. 36 in Plaidt, turn left onto the L117 in the direction of Ochtendung, Kobern-Gondorf / Mosel.

Arrived at the Moselle drive along the B416 about 9 km towards Cochem until after Löf, there you have to cross the river Moselle and going further via the B49.

Here you have to turn left towards Cochem / Brodenbach. In the center of Brodenbach, turn left into the Rhein-Moselstrasse / L206 in the direction of Morshausen.
