In the middle of a wide natural landscape with gentle hills, fragrant meadows and fields, deep forests, it offers a variety of sporting, cultural and nature-oriented experiences throughout the year. Well signposted and tracked cross-country trails in a dreamy winter landscape, starting directly behind the house, during the Advent season Erzgebirgisch with lots of light decorated places or pleasant summer hikes on signposted forest trails with the aim of a comfortable stop, bicycle tours, also with e-bikes from our rental station, along the international long-distance bicycle trail Eisenach/Budapest, Wheelchair accessible hiking trails in the village with a view of the Erzgebirge mountains, in autumn colorful forests at sunset, comfortable horse-drawn sleigh or carriage rides, ski lifts, tobogganing slopes, a visit to the racing sled and bobsleigh track with top-class international competitions, being a biathlon athlete yourself or the cultural metropolis of Dresden as a destination are just some of the many activities on offer.

The equipment of the vacation apartment corresponds to four stars. The apartment is furnished from teaspoon to towel and the beds are covered. Ceran hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, milk frother are among the basic equipment. Carpets in all rooms embody a feeling of well-being.

In the house we rent cross-country skis, sledges and bicycles. There are three restaurants in the village

The apartment on the first floor is completely wheelchair accessible. It is possible to arrive in nature from the large winter garden and use the well-kept outdoor facilities.  Our "Hobelspan" the comfortable grill hut can be rented additionally.

Conditions:

The payment is made on site in cash.

An advance payment of 50% can be charged after booking.

Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00.

The departure is possible from 08:00 o'clock to 10:00 o'clock.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys will be handed over personally on site.

Pets are not allowed.

A baby bed can be provided on request (free of charge).

The visitor's tax of 1 € per person (from 18 years)/day is to be paid on site. Children between 6 and 17 years pay 0,50 € per person/day.

Breakfast can be booked on site, on request: € 7,50 per person/day.

Sledges, snowshoes, cross-country skis, bicycles and e-bikes can be rented on site.

The price includes final cleaning, WLAN, parking, bed linen and towels.
