A contemporary modern kitchen with sitting area and wall heating is a nice contrast to the restored staircase, the old doors with box locks and old wooden floors.
Extensive garden and meadow areas with the possibility to sit, play and barbecue are right in front of the door, as well as a large parking lot.
An ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours (mountain bike and racing bike) and, due to the proximity to the Nürburgring, also for all motor sport enthusiasts. For example, the starting point of Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2019 (Die wilde Endert) in the category Tours is just around the corner in Ulmen.
