This charming holiday home features a panorama window with a wonderful view of the sea. This cottage, with it's pretty, hilly garden, is an excellent place for a family looking to stay close to the ocean and to Stockholm City. It features an open plan living room and kitchen, and a furnished terrace of 15 kvm, facing south and overlooking the bay.





The house is situated in Saltsjöbaden, one of Stockholms most exclusive and beautiful neighbourhoods, located close to Stockholm city. You can easily catch the commuter train right into the centre of Stockholm, it's a 20 minute walk to the station and a train journeyof about 30 minutes. Stockholm is Sweden's largest city, offering tourist attractions, culture, museums and shopping. Salsjöbaden itself sits right by the sea,offers a stunning environment and boating opportunities. Your house is located only 10 metres from the bay, where your boat awaits. Start the day with a swim in the bay, return to the house for breakfast on the terrace and spend the rest of the day boating and exploring! There is an excellent sandy beach only 200 metres from the house.

    „Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr klein, für zwei Personen in Ordnung, aber wir hatten Probleme unsere Koffer unterzubringen, d.h. sie standen im Weg bzw. unter dem Wohnzimmertisch. Da das Wetter sehr gut war, war das aber nicht problematisch. Die Fahrräder bedürfen dringend einer Überholung. Die Lage ist toll. Von der Veranda blickt man direkt auf die See. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.”

    „Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub dort genossen. Es war alles in Ordnung! Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt: umgeben von herrlicher Natur und dennoch nahe Stockholm, so dass man auch die Stadt erkunden kann. Das Häuschen steht auf dem Grundstück der sehr freundlichen, stets hilfsbereiten Vermieter, man ist also in gewissermaßen geschützter Lage und dennoch völlig ungestört.”

    „Klein, aber fein. Das Haus war bei Anreise sauber und es wie vereinbart ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren in allen Belangen sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.”

    „Die Ausrichtung zur Sonne, seine Lage am Wasser, die Ruhe und seine innere Aufteilung. Schöne Ausflüge mit Bahn und Rad nach Stockholm, / Ausflüge mit dem Rad in die Umgebung. / Die Zahl der Restaurants ist Schweden-typisch begrenzt, die Restauration des KSSS die beste Empfehlung. / 2 nette Cafés: bei dem guten Bäcker und im Handelshuset.”
