Huge villa with private pool located in Sa Cabaneta, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads of the island. Central geographic location that allows you to easily move to all points of cultural and tourist interest in Mallorca.
This fantastic property stands out for its gigantic private pool, next to very big barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. It features a private tennis court where you can feel like the local idol Rafa Nadal. Upon entering the villa you can access through its large and spacious living room, it features 6 double bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. It also features 3 full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms and two dining areas, as well as a very large terrace.
The village, Sa Cabaneta, is only 500 meters away from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and many other shops. To go to the beach we recommend going by car. The closest sandy beaches are at a distance of 10km, it takes about 10 minutes to arrive. Likewise, due to its fantastic connection it allows you to move quickly in the north, south or any other direction.
The city center is 20 minutes by bus from the house and, from there, you can visit all the tourist points of the city of Palma: the cathedral, the town hall, shopping streets, squares and other places of cultural interest. The center of Palma is full of restaurants, shops and different points of tourist and cultural interest.
Without a doubt, your best option to rest, disconnect and enjoy with family or friends in the beautiful city of Palma at any time of the year, we look forward to it!

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has central heating. It does not have air conditioning but we will provide the clients with the necessary fans.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
