Located in El Arenal, this traditional Mallorcan style rustic house is situated in a quiet area, close to the beach and the leisure area, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
With a living area of 120 square metres, this property has six spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. All five bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and the living room also has a fireplace and comfortable armchairs around it.
Outside the house there is a generous swimming pool and a garden area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is also a furnished area to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue or in the wood oven.
To get to the city centre, there are regular bus lines less than 500 metres away, such as line 25, which in just 15 minutes will drop you off in a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in three bedrooms and in the living room, when necessary fans will be provided to guests. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
