The bed and breakfast (guesthouse and appt.) Anny and the adjoining apartment house are located in a quiet, sunny, yet central location, in the beautiful holiday resort Maria Alm. Spend relaxing or active holidays in the beautiful Almer Valley. The house is family run with austrian hospitality. Our top priority is to make you feel comfortable with us!
We offer apartments in different sizes (for 2-6 persons), as well as beautiful spacious, newly equipped double or family rooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished - offering shower/WC, balcony, telephone and Tv - and furthermore, of course, we offer a completely satisfactory breakfast buffet. Breakfast or breakfast roll delivery is also possible for our apartment-guests.
You will also find: a large sun terrace, an inviting lounge with TV and a fireplace, a guest fridge, a wellness area (sauna, IR cabin, solarium, warm loungers), a fitness area, table tennis and a great playroom for the little ones. Ski slopes, XC trails and ski bus are close by.
Once a week (in winter) the wellness area can be used free of charge.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house!

Our apartment N3 offers the ideal opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday together. It offers the perfect size for two people - 1 spacious, cozy bedroom, a very inviting living room with couch and a sitting area that invites you to spend time together (Cabel-TV as well). Furthermore, the apartment offers a kitchen block, which gives you everything that may be needed.The bedroom is separated from the living room area.
Just like the rest of the apartment, the bathroom is very high quality (newly renovated) and modern - with shower and WC.
The balcony (with balcony furniture) again offers a "holiday view" where you can not help but enjoy the time and relax!
