Our lovely apartment house nestles above the village of Sautens in a quiet and picture-book setting close to the forest edge. At a few minutes from scenic Piburgersee - Tirol's warmest swimming lake. We put all our passion into this holiday retreat where also your four-legged friends are very welcome. We offer huge grounds, a garden with relax areas, a sunbathing terrace with loungers, BBQ site an dplenty of space for both holiday makers and dogs. The unrivaled Area47 - a superlative water playground - and the family-friendly Hochoetz hiking area - including the "WIDIVERSUM" play area for children - are within a few driving minutes!

Varied activities await you here - among them tobogganing, winter walking, snowshoeing, ice curling in Sautens and, of course, skiing in Oetz. A free skibus takes you directly to the Hochoetz family ski area within a few minutes, or to Ötztal's major ski resorts of Sölden (approx. 33 km) and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl (approx. 48 km).

Coziness and flair can be found in the small but fine, bright and friendly attic apartment "Karblick" (approx. 45 m ²). The bedroom with attic ceiling offers a cozy double bed and a built-in single bed. Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop and oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. and dining area; cozy living room with couch corner and satellite TV; 1 bathroom incl. bathtub, shower and washbasin; 1 separate WC. From the living room you have direct access to the furnished balcony (approx. 8 m²) - enjoy splendid views of the surrounding mountains.

Your dog is very welcome on request and after confirmation fro m us. For your dog we only charge 70.00 per week per dog. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept family-friendly dogs. If you want to bring more than one dog, please do not hesitate to contact us, we can only accept a limited number of dogs in our house.

Deposit: EUR 150,-- per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages
