MOTORCYCLISTS are very welcome here! Since we are at the entrance to Ötztal, directly on the route to and from the Timmelsjoch Alpine Pass Road, we are an ideal stop for all motorcyclists. A separate lockable garage is available for your motorbike. Our guesthouse is centrally located in Oetz. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Our garden also features a swimming pool with large sunbathing lawn and barbecue area. Ideal for larger families, groups and bikers who want to cool off a bit after an adventurous day trip. Great hiking base thanks to the central location. The ultimate AREA 47 can be reached in a few minutes by car!

Come as a guest and leave as a friend. Guesthouse in central location close to shops and restaurants of Oetz (easy walking distance). The Hochoetz family ski area is easily accessible by public ski bus (free of charge, bust stop at a few meters from our house). Ideal also for bigger families or groups. Great holiday base for winter sport fans!
Spacious apartment ÖTZERMÜHL (approx. 60m²) has the following amenities: 1 bedroom with en-suite shower/WC; 1 fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with bay window and dining area (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), satellite TV, radio. A staircase leads directly from the kitchen to another room (open construction) sleeping a max. of 1 adult (or 2 children); direct access to your private, furnished terrace.
When booking for 4 and 5 people you will get an additional double room with shower/WC (right next door - outside the apartment unit).
