Integrated, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.) with tiled stove, sofa-bed for 1 person, sitting corner, cable TV, radio, safe. Large, south-facing balcony.
