The AQUA DOME spa center of Längenfeld is only about 2 km away. The free skibus shuttle takes you from the front door straight to the top ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl, or to the family-friendly Hochoetz ski region. The bakery is right in the house and a restaurant just opposite.

Apartment Sandro (approx. 100 m²) has large windows providing superb views of Ötztal's mountains. The tall rooms and the natural building material (wood) with open roof timbering create a homely and truly unique atmosphere. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms (1 quadruple room, 1 double bedroom with washbasin and 1 twin bedroom with separate beds), 1 bathroom incl. bathtub with shower facility/WC, 1 shower with washbasin and 1 separate WC.
