Our cosy apartment is located in the heart of the small village Huben, only 15 minutes driving time to Soelden. The bus stop is only 50m from our house. You find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket next door. In winter a free of charge skibus reaches the main skiing areas in the Oetztal. In summer our village is a perfect home base for a active holiday for the whole family. Im Sommer sind wir Partner Summer highlight: you receive the Summer Card for free - including already a lot of the valley's attractions!



Comfortable and good equiped apartment with approx. 60 m²: 1 double and 1 triple room with SAT-TV,  2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 kitchen-living room combination with full equiped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwacve and dining area. In addition wardrobe, balcony and WIFI.

    „Positiv: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt und sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet und gelegen in toller Lage. In unmittelbarer Laufnähe gibt es einen Bäcker, ein Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt und doch alles in herrlicher Ruhe. Die Gastgeber werden uns ebenfalls in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps zu Unternehmungen bekommen. Außerdem haben uns die beiden kurzerhand und ganz wie selbstverständlich ihren eigenen Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine ganz nette Familie, sehr hilfsbereit! Es gab auch einen Brötchenservice, den wir aufgrund der Nähe der Bäckerei gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Mit kleinen Kindern war es die perfekte Unterkunft für uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft und bietet für jedes Alter zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. Negativ: keine Freizeit: Ötzidorf und Greifvogelpark Umhausen
