Our lovely holiday house in typical Tirolean style is located at the heart of the Ötztal Valley, in a quiet setting close to Längenfeld - surrounded by the majestic Ötztal mountains. Ideal for 2-3 families or larger groups. Both holiday apartments feature 7 bedrooms with private bathroom/shower/WC, and spacious living rooms. Choose from a wide range of summer activities like walking, hiking, climbing, cycling or biking. In winter, the giant Sölden Ski Area can be reached within 15 driving minutes. "Moritz" Apartment (170 m²): ample holiday apartment suitable for groups up to 12 people or big families. On the ground floor: box room, cozy stone pine parlor (common room) with tiled stove and homey bench, several tables and chairs, one kitchen with seating corner, 2 washbasins, 2 fridges, electric cooker, oven and coffee maker. On the first and second floor: 5 bedrooms with satellite TV, some rooms feature also extra beds / travel child cot - each room with private bathroom (shower/WC). Several balconies. Can be connected with "Nico" apartment (in the annex) which is accessible via the balcony on the first floor.
