Hotel Theresia Garni is a friendly, family-run business situated in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. Centrally located in peaceful surroundings and just five minutes on foot from the St Johann in Tirol cable car station, it is nestled between the Kitzbüheler Horn and Wilder Kaiser mountain ranges. With 13 cosy rooms and a hearty breakfast buffet or 4 comfortable apartments to choose from, you are guaranteed to find your Tirolean home away from home.

Our hotel has 13 rooms and 4 apartments. Choose from two single rooms, nine double rooms, two three-bed rooms, three apartments each with two separate bedrooms, and one apartment with a separate bedroom and a combined kitchen/living room/bedroom. The apartments accommodate two to four people.

Your home away from home
Our 3 apartments are situated on the second floor. Each apartment covers 58 m². The 20 m2 lower floor consists of the living area, which boasts a comfortable lounge, a sofa with a coffee table, a Panasonic flat screen TV, a kitchenette & a cloakroom.

A snug sleeping quarters can be found on the 38 m² upper floor, which comprises 2 separate bedrooms, a shower & WC.
