The house Auszeit was originally the old fire station in Rauris. We did a complete renovation of the whole house in fall 2015. We inserted lots of love and creativity in it and we got to beautiful , modern and cozy apartments in the second floor oft he house, Apartment Grubereck with 48m² and the Apartment Ritterkopf with 43m². In the Apartment Grubereck there is also an infrared cabin and it is suitable for up to 5 persons. Each of the apartments has one bedroom and a studio couch in the living room . The kitchen is well appointed with an ceramic stove top, a dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, tableware... The house is in the middle of the town directly next to the supermarket. Restaurants and shops are close-by.

Apartment ‚Ritterkopf‘(43m², 2-4 people)
You will feel good in this beautiful, south-facing apartment with an open plan living area, hallway, bathroom and bedroom with double-bed. The skylight gives a beautiful view to the three thousand metres summits at the end of the valley.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, sink, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The modern bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet and electrical towel holder to keep the towels warm and cosy.
