This impressive chalet was completed in spring 2017. The alpine country house with a total of 650 m² impresses with the combination of natural stone and wood materials, modern elements as well as the extraordinary features and furnishing. This holiday home is located within walking distance of the center of Mauterndorf. The property is divided into three lovingly designed apartment units, which can either be booked individually or combined for larger groups. A total of 26 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

The 177m² suite consists of a spacious living area. Here the tiled stove provides cozy warmth. The dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen adjoins the 60 m² patio on which you can enjoy a cup of coffee from your Nespresso machine with a magnificent view of the Lungau mountains. The main bedroom with en suite bathroom is additionally equipped with a flatscreen TV and a safe. In the other three bedrooms there also is a safe and a 40" flatscreen TV, which is mounted on a wooden wall. One of the three bedrooms has a separate shower bath and the other two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower bath.
