This villa is located in a residential area of El Romeral, very close to Alhaurin de la Torre, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars nearby, in a quiet environment.

It has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 bed) is very spacious and bright. It has fitted wardrobes, a fully equipped bathroom and large windows with access to the terrace.

The third and fourth bedrooms (with two single beds of 90 x 200 each), have wardrobes and access to the terrace.
The fifth bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed and a double sofa bed, built-in wardrobes and a fully equipped bathroom.
On the main floor, the house has a living room with Smart TV, a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, a large table for 14 people and a third bathroom.
