Charming independent chalet on 3 levels: on the ground floor entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV, dining room with terrace, kitchen, toilet with washing machine. On the 1st floor two double bedrooms (one with balcony and TV) and a bathroom with shower. On the attic floor a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with double sofa bed, TV and balcony.
The chalet is located 50 m from Terme Sankt Kathrein and the ski bus stop, 350 m from the Maibrunn slope, reachable on foot with a short walk through the public park. Pizzeria, bar, pastry shop and bakery within walking distance. There are a small enclosed garden and a private parking area. Unlimited Internet, 3 TVs with Sat programs. There is also a storage for sports equipment (skis / snowboards / bicycles).Groups of adults and families are welcome. We do not host groups of young people under the age of 25.
