Duplex, very central in Tarragona with views of the Cathedral and the Mediterranean Sea. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility since it has private access with the elevator from the portal. It is located in the heart of the tourist center of the city.
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 7 people.
There is 1 separate double bedroom, another bedroom is separated by the semi-open roof glass door. The third bedroom is an open attic with 3 single beds. There is a large dining room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a large living room with comfortable sofas and a television.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.

Tarraco is the capital of Hispania Citerior, which left us monuments with more than 2,000 years of history: walls, amphitheater, circus, theater, temple, etc. It is an area with a life of its own made up of small shops, bars and restaurants. 1. 2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€500) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00.
8. This option is not available for youth groups (under 25 years of age)
