It is an ideal place for people who come to visit Tarragona and its historic monuments, considered a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
If you travel for business, this apartment is perfect, the Tarragona Conference Center is 5 minutes away. The train station is 7 min walked.

1. 2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€300) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00.
