It is located at the foot of the Boquer mountains and is surrounded by large, well-maintained gardens with private pool. The villa is uniquely located less than 1km away from the sought after resort of Puerto Pollensa, therefore within easy walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and sandy beach.
