This detached, three-storey, 160 m2 detached house is located on a 300 m2 plot in Son Serra de Marina. It was built in the year 2000 with high quality materials and is furnished in a rustic, but decent style. In the basement of 90 m2 you will find a playroom with billiards, table football, ping pong table, garage, washing machine and a shower. On the ground floor of 75 m2 there is a foyer room with antique furniture, a living room with a cast-iron fireplace closed with glass, an oval pull-out wooden dining table with 5 matching chairs, 2 sofas and a large french door overlooking the covered terrace, two bedrooms of approx. 15 m2 with fitted wardrobes, sliding doors and drawers, wrought-iron double beds and exit to the garden.
