The house is located in the Eckwarderhörne holiday village in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry pier (including passenger/bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 lake belonging to the holiday village (with a 500 m2 sand lawn directly on the lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry pier and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 m away.
