Single family house in a small city of Orebic on Peljesac peninsula (it is the second largest Croatian peninsula). Single-family house, compl. renovated in 2011., surrounded by trees, 500 m from the centre in a quiet location, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach. It is situated at the foot of Sv. Ilija, the highest peak on Peljesac, with a view over the entire Peljesac. Canal and the island of Korcula, only 15 minutes boat ride away. Add in the beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea, and the best wines in the world, and you will surely be captivated. Whether you had like to visit captains houses and museums in search of a romantic past, or you prefer active vacation on picturesque beaches, you will fall in love with Orebic. Besides the wine and the cultures, the pleasant Mediterranean climate, invites recreationists and engage in many exciting activities at sea or on land. If you arrive with your own boat, berth in one of the available marinas. The diverse and first-class offer of accommodation reflects the hospitality of the local inhabitants. Private: grounds 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 4-room house, 100 m2, modern furnishings: living room 16 m2 with 1 double sofa bed,(sleeping places for additional 2 persons), satellite-TV (LCD/LED), DVD unit, and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. One double bedroom 16 m2, exit to the balcony.One double bedroom 15 m2. One double bedroom 10 m2. Kitchen:4 hot plates, oven, ceramic glass hub, microwave oven, refrigerator , and extra complete mini-kitchen block.(including one refrigerator, more) Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilette and separate toilette/washbasin, electric heating

On the house website there is a satellite map, that will bring you right to the house. There are two (2) parking places for cars ( one parking place in garage, plus one parking place in front of the garage.)The house is perfect suitable for children. WHOLE HOUSE AT YOUR DISPOSAL. In front of the house ( 30 mtr.) there is a pebble beach, and 200 mtr. away the largest sandy beach "Trstenica" with over 1000 mtr. long beach. In distance of 1000 mtr. you will find a several high-class hotels (4****/5*****), where you can find playgrounds for various sports, or for a night out at disco clubs. You can also rent small or large speedboats, as well as rent bikes and enjoy miles of cycle paths along the coast of Orebic.

Owners of the house are obliged to welcome guests. We shall spend a few moments, explaining a bit about the property (house rules, how equipment works, etc.), and inform them about the most important places around (beach, sports facilities, grocery shops, restaurants, etc.). Luggage storage before check-in, and after check-out are available, so that you can explore the place a bit more before departure. Our housekeeper will be at your disposal throughout your stay at home.(The homeowner does not live in the house, but is available 24/7, via mobile tel. or internet connection). According to our booking conditions, the guest is expected to vacate the property no later than 10 a.m. on their day of departure, and arrival time is between 15.00 - 19.00 hrs. p.m. Normally, if you have any problem on your traveling way, you will advise homeowner, and they will wait you. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out are available, so that you can explore the place a bit more before departure.We are happy to be at your disposal, if you have any further questions.We have been awarded the Safe Stay in Croatia lebel, which is a guarantee that we have adopted nacional and internacional health and safety standards in line with the guidelines prescribed by the World Travel and Tourism Council. The best way to see the place is walking by foot. You can also rent a bike, or visit the nearby island by renting a boat, or renting a car to visit Dubrovnik, the most popular city in Croatia. Either by sail boat or on a windsurfing board, discover hidden coves and dive into the vast blue waters.Take a walk, jog or ride on centuries-old trails in the pristine Orebic nature.Follow that by putting on a white shirt, going out for a glass of good quality Dingac (wine), and a monolit stroll along the world's most beautiful coast line.
