The holiday cottage consists of a living room (TV, DVD player, WLAN and stereo), bedroom and children's room (extra bed), as well as a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. All areas are equipped with underfloor heating. They have a separate entrance and their own, partly covered terrace. The window facade to the terrace can be opened completely. For sports activities there is a table tennis table and on the meadow there are further seating possibilities to relax. You can use the fireplace for a campfire, have a barbecue and enjoy the nature. Not far from the banks of the Rhine there is a free open-air swimming pool in the village and several thermal baths in the surrounding area invite you to visit. The FeWo is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and the new cycle path starts almost directly at the property. Surroundings: For a diversified leisure time there are various flyers - to explore the region according to your taste.
In a short time you can feel the pulse of the biggest Swiss metropolis Zurich, among other things with public transport. Besides its location on the lake with a view of the snow-covered Alps, with over 150 museums, galleries, minsters & the zoo, Zurich also offers a unique shopping experience of international labels and urban Swiss brands
Countless cafés, clubs, bars and other venues round off the versatile offer also for the later hours of the day. Not to forget, of course, the street festivals such as Zürifest, Caliente and much more........ The beautifully scenic town of Baden has an interesting historic town centre,
a broad cultural offer and the unique mineral-rich thermal springs (highest total Swiss mineralisation of 4450mg/l at 46.6°C, Aquae Helveticae), also the Grand Casino Baden and the Teddy Bear Museum are worth a visit. Surroundings: Whether on foot or by bike along the idyllic Upper Rhine valley hiking trail (or by public transport) to Bad Zurzach. The town attracts visitors with its thermal spa including Spa Medical Wellness Center, the castle with an important Swiss watch collection, the ruins of the castle and other historical buildings. The Reuenthaler Fortress Museum and the Swiss Military Museum Full present, among other things, the Royal Tiger and in the neighbouring German border town of Waldshut there is a lively market with antique, flea and weekly markets in a historical ambience. Of course, the small town of Kaiserstuhl, which is under a preservation order, directly on the banks of the Rhine, has its own charm and the picturesque town of Regensberg with its castle, upper and lower castle, must be included in your tour. The mammoth museum in Niederwenningen is located directly on the way. Every summer weekend a nostalgic steam train, the Sauschwänzlebahn, runs from Schaffhausen/ Blumberg through the beautiful Wutachthal and awaits you. You can experience a Rhine boat trip to the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls, enjoy a wine tasting, marvel at the alpine roses, taste the different varieties in a show dairy, take a ride in a hot-air balloon, often marvel at a vintage car rally, visit a monastery, show mine or the Augusta Raurica - there is a lot to discover. Aargau is the Swiss canton with the most castles and palaces. You can make day trips to Berne, Zug, Schwyz, Lucerne, St. Moritz, Lake Constance or Lake Lucerne, the Grindelwald Glacier Garden, the Rapperswil-Jona Rose Garden, the Säntis massif or the seven Churfürsten together with Flumserberg, Heidiland, the high mountains to Andermatt & Gotthard, the Matterhorn, Eger, Mönch & Jungfrau and enjoy the snow even in summer. Or you can visit the Bürgenstock, the Marian pilgrimage place in Einsiedeln, take the train up the Rigi or buy an original Swiss watch or army knife after visiting the production!
