Sea views from all areas of the property, this fantastic Villa boasts 4 bedrooms, lounge chill out area with Satelite TV & Free WIfi. Fully equiped modern kitchen and interior dining. 3 bathrooms with showers and one with a huge hidro-bath , aslo an outside shower near the pool. Modern furnishings and decorated with gusto!
The exterior is impressive with a big pool surrounded with sunbeds and garden furniture. There is also a shady terrace with a dining area & BBQ for al fresco meals. The exterior offers a relaxing views overlooking the sea.
Within a couple of minutes walk you will find the beach or better said Cala Pi Cove at 800 metres, supermarkets and restaurants within a stones throw.
Cala Pi is a pretty sandy cove with very easy access and with all the services you need close at hand, the area is peaceful and a perfect location for family Summer holidays.
