Poggio alla Cavalla Tourist Farm is situated in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany near Florence, on the slopes of Montalbano, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birth town of Leonardo.The privileged geographical location of the tourist farm makes it possible to go on convenient day trips to tourism and culture centres and Tuscan cities of art: Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterrra, Pisa, Lucca and the sea of Versilia, Pistoia, Arezzo e Cortona.The Holidays House was built on the ground floor of the old farm house; is surrounded by a garden, where there is a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace and with private parking.The Holidays House is situated on the ground floor, it is equipped with independent entrance, independent heating system, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, FreeWi-Fi internet; outside of the apartment you will find: the private garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. Inside there is:- Large kitchen area with hob unit with 5 burners, dishwasher, coffee-maker, built-in freezer, built-in refrigerator., built-in electric and microwave ovens, complete with cookware and all utensils for 12 guests, table with chairs and kitchen linen.Living room area with TV and DVD player and comfortable double sofa bed.Two large and bright doublebedrooms (bed linens included) of which one with terrace, with 6-door wardrobe, dresser.A comfortable and practical bathroom (bath linens included), with shower, sink, WC, bidet. The tourist farm is equipped with the washing machine, washhouse, clothesline, the ironing board and the iron. The swimming pool with springboard has a shower, deck chairs, sun beds, beach umbrellas, gazebo.
